Waushara County felonies reported

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Olivia Sara-Rose Woit-ula, 22, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 10 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g), Possession of THC, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. She received for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g): sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: 45 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served, sentence to commence by no later than Feb. 15, to obtain an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or a field of the choosing, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, no contact with Christopher Abitz and/or Dawand Washington, $60 Drug Buy Money joint/several with C. Abitz, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge; for Possession of THC: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, no credit for time served, imposed/stayed, 2 years probation; conditions to mirror 17CF199 with the exception of the conditional jail.

• David J. Royston, 34, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 10 for an initial appearance for Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 25.

• Devin M. Berg, 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 10 for an arraignment for Possess with Intent-Amphetamine (>3-10g), Possess with Intent-THC (>1,000-2,500g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 9.

• Matthew W. Arbogast, 28, Berlin, appeared in court on Jan. 10 for an adjourned initial appearance for Drive or Operate Vehicle without Consent. An arraignment is scheduled for March 5.

• Brandon W. Wals, 19, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Jan. 10 for an initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver Psilocin (>100-500g), Manufacture/Deliver LSD (<=1g), Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g), Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 9.

• Ryan J. Arndt, 28, Wheeling, IL, appeared in court on Jan. 12 for a return on warrant hearing for five counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). An initial appearance is scheduled for Jan. 25.
