Waushara County felonies released

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Angela N. Williams, 30, Portage, appeared in court on March 29 for a voluntary appearance for Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). A review hearing is scheduled for Sept. 27.

• Dylan L. Sockness, 20, Stevens Point, appeared in court on March 30 for a preliminary hearing for Take and Drive Vehicle without Consent, two counts Bail Jumping-Felony Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500, Interfere with Child Custody and Intentional Contribute/Delinquency Child. A status conference is scheduled for May 30.

• Brett T. Standke, 31, Redgranite, appeared in court on March 30 for a plea/sentencing hearing for three counts Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g), Possession of THC (2nd + Offense) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g): sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: 12 months in Waushara County Jail, no good time credit, Huber privileges, no credit for time served, AODA and any follow through to be determined by agent, programming thus far may satisfy this requirement; the defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, maintain gainful full-time employment, $300 buy money cost and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA surcharge; Count 2 and 3: separate period of 3 years probation-all of the same conditions ordered but for conditional Waushara County Jail.

• Bailey Reed Vande Slunt, 19, Brandon, appeared in court on March 30 for an initial appearance for Take and Drive Vehicle without Consent. A status conference is scheduled for May 2.

• Mitchell L. Sears, 29, Ripon, appeared in court on March 30 for a sentencing hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g). He received sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: 5 months in Waushara County Jail conditional time, no good time credit, work release, report May 15, complete AODA and any follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician; $160 purchase money with co-defendants, must maintain gainful full-time employment, no contact with co-defendants, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample to be provided and surcharge.

• Derrick MA Parker, 20, Sparta, appeared in court on March 31 for a sentencing hearing on revocation for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. He received for each count: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, with Huber privileges, good time credit, 83 days credit for time served, concurrent to each other but consecutive to any other sentence.

• William Edward Lemmon, 33, Berlin, appeared in court on April 3 for a sentencing hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g). He received sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: 5 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served to commence by no later than June 1, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, maintain gainful employment, $160 drug buy money with the co-defendants, and costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.
