Waushara County felonies released
The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:
•Hidalia Mae Mata Gonzales, 39, Fond du Lac, appeared in court on Feb. 22 for a waiver of preliminary hearing for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for March 27.
•James V. Haase, 39, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for an oral ruling for exposure and sexual assault. Court found the DNA surcharge motion was correct and stated that a single surcharge to a single offense to be assessed and Judgment of Conviction to be amended. Court enters an order in total denying the motion for post conviction relief as advanced by the defense.
•Michelle L. Theisen, 46, Wautoma, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a hearing for two counts Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Theft-Moveable Property <=$2,500. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 10.
•Shane P. Peterson, 42, Redgranite, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a motion hearing for two felony counts of sexual assault. A status conference is scheduled for April 25.
•Suzanne M. Koutalis, 50, Milwaukee, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for an adjourned initial appearance for 10 counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 10.
•Caleb John Saul Sche-dgick, 41, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on Feb. 23 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (5th or 6th), Operating with PAC (5th or 6th), Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony, Bail Jumping-Felony and Possession of THC (2nd + Offense). He received for OWI (5th or 6th) and Bail Jumping-Felony: 54 months in Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 24 months initial confinement and 30 months extended supervision, concurrent to each other and concurrent to Wood County case 2016CF367, 91 days credit for time served; for Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony: sentence withheld, 2 years probation, consecutive to Counts 1 and 4; conditions of extended supervision on OWI (5th or 6th): $600 fine plus costs plus blood draw fee to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, 36 months drivers license revocation, concurrent to 16CF367, 36 months ignition interlock device, concurrent to 16CF367, OWI Assessment; conditions on all counts: AODA and follow through, absolute sobriety, not to be on the premises of any bars, and not to possess or ingest any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs on Count 3 and 4 to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, DNA surcharge, eligible for Challenge Incarceration Program and Substance Abuse Program.
•Dylan J. Dewhurst, 19, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Feb. 24 for an initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A status conference is scheduled for March 10.
