Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Isis A. Blackwell, 31, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Jan. 27 for a bail/bond hearing for Criminal Trespass to Dwelling. A final pre-trial is scheduled for March 18 and a jury trial is scheduled for April 28. 

Richard J. Okon, 52, Redgranite, appeared in court on Jan. 27 for an initial appearance for Disorderly Conduct. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 15. 

Kody T. Peterson, 23, Appleton, appeared in court on Jan. 27 for an initial appearance for Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 29.

Jordan A. Schroeder, 18, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Jan. 27 for an initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 29.

Tyler J. Wagner, 35, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 29 for a sentencing hearing for OWI (4th within 5 years), and Operating with PAC (4th within 5 years.) He received sentence withheld, 2 years probation; conditions: 8 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 2 days credit for time served; 4-hour furlough to be extended to obtain ignition interlock device and to be done within the first two weeks of the jail sentence, fine inclusive of court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, bond to be applied; 36 months driver’s license revocation, 36 months ignition interlock device, OWI assessment, AODA and follow through, DNA sample and surcharged. 

Curtis F. Anderson, 57, Pine River, appeared in court on Jan. 29 for an initial appearance for Violate/Harassment Restraining Order, Threats to Injure/Accuse of Crime, and Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force, etc. A status conference is scheduled for March 1. 

Bobby A. Pulliam, 51, Plainfield, appeared in court on Jan. 29 for an adjourned initial appearance for Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received sentence withheld 18 months probation; conditions: 4 days in Waushara County Jail as to Possession of THC charge, AODA and any follow through deemed appropriate, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge.
