Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

John K. Mullenmaster, 73, Wautoma, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for a sentencing hearing for Theft-Movable Property <=$2500 and Criminal Damage to Property. He received court costs with DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Adam J. Keen, 32, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for a preliminary hearing for Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A final pre-trial is scheduled for Jan. 5.

Richard Allen Bradley, 32, Pine River, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine (>10-50g). A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Katrina M. Gruber, 20, Hortonville, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 28.

Christian G. Cerney, 44, Ripon, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for a status conference for Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 8.

Jessica Lynn Ciszek, 38, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for a status conference for Disorderly Conduct. She received 45 days in Waushara County Jail – Imposed/stayed- sentence withheld 1-year probation and court costs with DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Christerfer R. Kirby, 36, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for a status conference for Disorderly Conduct and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received 45 days in Waushara County Jail – Imposed/stayed with good time credit and Huber privileges- sentence withheld 1-year probation and court costs with DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Stephanie A. Wirtz, 25, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Jan. 12.

Noah G. Minster, 18, Wautoma, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Retail Theft-Alter Price (<=$500). A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 29.

Joseph M. Kehoe, 43, Wautoma, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for 2 counts Neglecting a Child. He received 4 months in Waushara County Jail with Huber privileges and good time credit – Imposed/stayed – sentence withheld 1-year probation and court costs with DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Bruce A. Klosinski, 55, Port Richey, FL, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Entry into/onto Building/Construction Site/Room. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 18.

Valerie J. Gendusa, 39, Almond, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500). She received restitution and court costs with DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

William R. James, 61, Neshkoro, appeared in court on Nov. 17 for an initial appearance for Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500). A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Dec. 9.
