Waushara County Felonies and Charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Theodore Lewko, 47, Coloma, appeared in court on Oct. 22 for a jury trial for Disorderly Conduct and Battery. Lewko was found not guilty.

Alexander Neal Craney, 24, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for an adjourned initial appearance for Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Michael C. Kasch, 19, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a status conference for Operate without Valid License (4th Offense Within 3 Years). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Brandon Lee Mass, 18, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a status conference for Theft-Movable Property <=$2500. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Brian P. Johnson, 47, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Theft-Movable Property <=$2500, Criminal Damage to Property and Entry into/onto Building/Construction Site/Room. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Michael T. Meseberg, 28, Fox Lake, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Attempt Battery by Prisoners. He received sentence withheld 3 years probation, restitution, and court costs and DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Vincent Thomas Griese, 21, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a status conference for Disorderly Conduct. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Heather A. Westlund, 37, Port Edwards, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a motion hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony, Possession of THC, Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription, and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is schedule for Nov. 17.

Rosa A. Rivera, 44, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a sentencing hearing for Possession with Intent-Coacaine (>15-40g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. She received for Count 1 &2: sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions count 1 only: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, 9 days credit for time served; DNA sample; and court costs to include drug buy money to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Robert M. Viau, 47, Hancock, appeared in court on Oct. 27 for a sentencing hearing for three counts 4th Degree Sexual Assault and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault. He received for one count 4th Degree Sexual Assault: 7 months in Waushara County Jail; count two 4th Degree Sexual Assault: 7 months in Waushara County Jail, consecutive to count one; count three 4th Degree Sexual Assault: 4 months in Waushara County Jail consecutive to counts one and two; all jail sentences to be served with Huber privileges and good time credit, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Richard Allen Bradley, 32, Pine River, appeared in court on Oct. 28 for a bail/bond hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine (>10-50g). An initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 17.
