Waushara County Felonies and Charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Jonathan E. Cabral, 21, Plainfield, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for a status conference for Operate without Valid License (3rd+ within 3 years). He received 15 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Brett T. Standke, 29, Redgranite, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for a status conference for an OWI (3rd), Operating with PAC (3rd), Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 6.

Kevyn J. Karch, 35, Pine River, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for a waiver of preliminary hearing for OWI (5th or 6th), Operating with PAC (5th or 6th), and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Jan. 5.

Chad A. Zuehlke, 36, Hancock, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Battery. He received a fine and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Amy Catherine Asleson, 33, Berlin, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for a status conference for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. She received 4 days in Waushara County Jail with 3 days credit for time served, court costs, and DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Christian A. Ladwig, 29, Redgranite, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for Battery by Prisoners. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 5.

Neely J. Stroede, 38, Berlin, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for 3 counts Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics; 2 counts Possession Illegally Obtained Prescription; Manufacture/Deliver Schedule IV Drugs; and Manufacture/Deliver Non-Narcotics. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 5. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 5.

Rachelle Nicole Rast, 22, Waupaca, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud. A status conference is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Michelle L. Theisen, 44, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for 2 counts Theft-Movable Property (<=$2,500), Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, and Criminal Trespass to Dwelling. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 17.

Jose F. Ortegon, Jr., Berlin, 30, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for Theft-Movable Property (<=$2,500). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 5. 

Jeffery C. Denton, 25, Redgranite, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for False Imprisonment, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 16.

Samantha Rose Kelly, 26, Elkhorn, appeared in court on Oct. 20 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 9.
