Waushara County Felonies and Charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Katrina M. Viau, 23, Hancock, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for a status conference for 34 counts of Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500), Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years), Bail Jumping-Felony, 2 counts of Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Theft-Movable Property <=2500. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 28.

Matthew Roy Schlavensky, 24, Appleton, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Operating While Revoked (Revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) - 3rd Offense. He received court costs with DNA surcharge.

Lois A. Price, 33, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for a sentencing hearing for 5 counts of Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 10.

Steven Lynn Turner, 44, Larsen, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). He received court costs with surcharge-bond to be applied-to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Dillon R. Simmons, 25, Berlin, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received 30 days in Waushara County Jail, imposed/stayed, sentence withheld 1-year probation, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Bradley Kenneth Warwick, 33, Berlin, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for plea/sentencing hearing for Operating Commercial Motor Vehicle without a License. He received court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Ronald L. Werdin, 59, Berlin, appeared in court on Oct. 13 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Reckless Driving-Cause Great Bodily Harm and 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. He received sentence withheld 2 years probation, 60 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges and good time credit, and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
