Waushara County Felonies and Charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Matthew H. Darnick, 37, Neshkoro, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1000g), Possession w/ Intent-THC (>2500-10,000 g) Marquette County Case, Possession Drug Paraphernalia-Marquette County. He received for Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1000g): sentence withheld 3 years; Possession w/ Intent-THC (>2500-10,000 g) Marquette County Case: sentence withheld 3 yrs probation with 7 months in Waushara County Jail conditional time, 2 days credit for time served, Huber privileges, DNA sample, and court costs plus DNA surcharge as to each count with 60 days to pay or payment plan. 

Daniel J. Sockness, 18, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Disorderly Conduct. He received 8 months in Waushara County Jail - Imposed/Stayed Huber and good time if revoked, 4 days time served credit, sentence withheld, 1-year probation, court costs, and DNA with surcharge.

Kevin A. Millen Sr., 50, Redgranite, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for a probation review hearing for Cause Injury/Operate While Under the Influence, Cause Injury while Operating with PAC and Hit and Run-Injury. He received an additional 60 days in Waushara County Jail, stayed, restitution with uninterrupted payments or 60 days in Waushara County Jail.  

Robert L. Bergemann, 24, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. He received 10 months in Waushara County Jail, imposed/stayed, Huber privileges, good time credit, five days time served credit, sentence withheld, 1 year probation and court costs plus DNA surcharge.  

Ismel Garcia, 26, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for an adjourned initial appearance for Take and Drive Vehicle without Consent, OWI (2nd), Operating with PAC (2nd), Criminal Damage to Property and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 5. 

Matthew J. Sturdevant, 42, Hancock, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for an initial appearance for three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (>1-5g) and three counts of Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 6.

Alexander Neal Craney, 24, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for an initial appearance for Obtain Controlled Substance by Fraud. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 27.

Adam J. Keen, 32, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Todd A. Smith, 39, Oconto, appeared in court on Oct. 6 for an initial appearance for Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2500). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 9.
