Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

David C. Schroeder, 57, Redgranite, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for a preliminary hearing for Battery by Prisoners. An arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 12.

Dylann R. Hayes, 23, Neenah, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an adjourned initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=2,000g). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Sept. 22.

Michael A. Chmiel, 24, Wautoma, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver Designer Drugs (<=3g). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 1.

Phoenix Rose Knueppel, 19, Princeton, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for Oct. 1 and a plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 13.

Nancy Ann Villegas, 33, Berlin, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an initial appearance for Disorderly Conduct-Loud and Boisterous Conduct in a Private Place. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 12, 2016.

Becki Lynn Trevino, 35, Kaukauna, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an initial appearance for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). She received court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.

David A. Janke, 52, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an adjourned initial appearance for OWI (5th) and Operating with PAC (5th). A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 2.

Ronald A. Froehlich, Jr., 29, Wautoma, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for an initial appearance for Sex Offender-Fail/Update Information. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 20.

Julio Cesar Roque-Rojas, 23, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for a status conference for Battery and Criminal Damage to Property. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 20.

Victoria Gomez, 30, Wautoma, appeared in court on Sept. 8 for a status conference for Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 yrs.). A status conference has been scheduled for Oct. 6.

Tanya L. Ebbert, 47, Plainfield, appeared in court on Sept. 9 for a final pre-trial for OWI (3rd) and Operating with PAC (3rd). She received for OWI (3rd): sentence withheld 1 year probation; conditions: completion of Safe Streets Program, 14 days in Waushara County Jail, good time credit, fine with 60 days to pay or payment plan, 24 months ignition interlock device, and 24 months driver’s license revocation.

Nathan W. Reynolds, 32, Redgranite, appeared in court on Sept. 9 for a status conference for Battery. A status conference has been scheduled for Oct. 1.
