Waushara County Felonies and Charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Scott D. Romaine, 54, Hancock, appeared in court on Sept. 1 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Disorderly Conduct. He received court costs to include DNA surcharge. 

Katrina M. Viau, 23, Hancock, appeared in court on Sept. 1 for an initial appearance for Operate without Valid License (2nd within 3 years), Bail Jumping-Felony, and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. Viau also appeared in court for a status conference for 15 counts Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2,500). A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 13. 

Alicia L. Beerbohm, 21, Janesville, appeared in court on Sept. 1 for an initial appearance for two counts Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (< 3g), two counts Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (>5-15g), and Possession of THC. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 1. 

Jermaine Dwayne Douglas, 27, Janesville, appeared in court on Sept. 1 for an initial appearance for two counts Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (< 3g), two counts Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (>5-15g), Possession of THC, and two counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. A plea/sentencing hearing is schedule for Sept. 29. 

Christopher Avilez, 36, Iola, appeared in court on Sept. 1 for a payment hearing for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. He received 45 days in Waushara County Jail, stayed, and maintain payment on what is owed.
