Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Oscar Cardnas, Jr., 37, Rosholt, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a plea/sentencing hearing for 16 counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). He received for four counts for Failure to Support Child (120 Days +): sentence withheld 3 years probation with concurrent terms; conditions, count 1 only: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, 93 days credit for time served, court costs to all counts, and DNA surcharge applied to each count. 

Lois A. Price, 32, Portage, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a plea hearing for five counts Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2,500). A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 13. 

Donnie Gene Richards, 60, Hanceville, AL, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a motion hearing for OWI (12th), Operating with PAC (12th), and Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 31.

Joshua R. Holman, 27, Wautoma, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a motion hearing for 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, OWI (4th), Operating with PAC (4th), Possession/Illegally Obtained Prescription, and Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference will be held Sept. 29. 

Jesse J. Robinson, 27, Wautoma, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Vehicle Operate Flee/Elude Officer. Robinson was also in court for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18.

Michael T. Meseberg, 27, Redgranite, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for an initial appearance for Battery by Prisoners. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 29.

Bruce L. Vossekuil, 34, Almond, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for an initial appearance for Robbery with Threat of Force and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 29. 

Thomas J. Goddard, 23, Coloma, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for an initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 21.

Todd L. Mueller, 48, Medford, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a status conference for OWI (7th) and Operating with PAC (7th). Mueller also appeared in court for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 11.

Jason C. Allen, 29, Princeton, appeared in court on Aug. 11 for a payment hearing for Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), Resisting an Officer, and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. Allen also appeared in court for an initial appearance for Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 1.
