Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Leopaldo Agustin Hernandez, 25, Almond, appeared in court in Aug. 5 for a bail/bond hearing for OWI (3rd), Operating with PAC (3rd), and Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 22. 

James Meyer, 38, Saint Louis, MO, appeared in court in Aug. 5 for a bail/bond hearing for two counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). An initial appearance is scheduled for Aug. 19.

Corey Munn, 35, Wautoma, appeared in court in Aug. 5 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of THC. He received $761.50 forfeiture with 60 days to pay or payment plan; 6 months driver’s license revocation; and OWI Assessment.

William Pierotti, 68, Neshkoro, appeared in court in Aug. 5 for a status conference for OWI (6th) and Operating with PAC (6th). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 7. 

Shelli Clark, 48, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Aug 5 for a final pre-trial for Theft-Movable Property. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 5.

Aron Podziemski, 31, Hancock, appeared in court on Aug. 5 for a status conference for Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 2.

Kimberly Okey, 35, Wautoma, appeared in court on Aug. 5 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Disorderly Conduct. She received court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; attorney fees with 60 days to pay or payment plan; 3 days credit for time served.
