Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Brandon Guenther Marek, 34, Wautoma, appeared in court June 29 for a final pre-trial for Fail/Comply-Officer/Person in Custody, Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct. A jury trial is scheduled for July 22 and 23.

Jessica Lynn Messman, 30, Marshfield, appeared in court on June 29 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 24. 

Ronald Hayes, 47, Pine River, appeared in court June 29 for a motion hearing for Possession of THC and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Sept. 9.

Timothy Dahlquist, 50, Redgranite, appeared in court June 30 for an initial appearance for Operating while Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), OWI (4th within 5 years), and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install (2+). A status conference is scheduled for July 27.

Steven A. Colby, 59, Han-cock, appeared in court June 30 for an initial appearance for Disorderly Conduct. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 5. 

Donnie Gene Richards, 60, Hanceville, appeared in court June 30 for an initial appearance for OWI (12th), Operating W/PAC (12th), and Operating while Revoked. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 5. 

Justin Kallas, 22, Wau-toma, appeared in court on June 30 for a plea/sentencing hearing for two counts Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property. He received 6 months in Waushara County Jail, if revoked, Huber privileges and good time credit, stayed, 1-year probation, and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Ruby Maynard, 35, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 30 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). She received court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Jimmie D. Keenlance, appeared in court on June 30 for a sentencing hearing for Entry into/onto Building/Construction Site/Room and Criminal Damage to Property. He received sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions: Entry into/onto Building/Construction Site/Room: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, 1 day credit for time served, restitution and surcharge, and court costs to paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Ronald Werdin, 56, Berlin, appeared in court June 30 for an initial appearance for two counts 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 4.
