The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:
Dillon J. Gray, 28, Neshkoro, appeared in court on June 23 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (3rd), Operating with PAC (3rd), and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. He received for OWI (3rd): sentence withheld 2 years probation, condition include for Count 1 only: 45 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, TAD Program and successful completion, fine plus blood draw costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, 24 months driver’s license revocation, 24 ignition interlock device, OWI Assessment; Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: sentence wi-thheld 2 years probation, same conditions as Count 1, TAD Program and successful completion; court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
Zachary D. Miles, 26, Neshkoro, appeared in court on June 23 for a hearing for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 27.
Richard P. Gissal, 57, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 23 for a sentencing hearing for OWI (4th within 5 years) and Operating with PAC (4th within 5 years). He received sentence withheld 24 months probation, subject to discharge for completion of the TAD Program; condition include: 6 months in Waushara County Jail, good time credit, 1 days credit for time served, 24 months driver’s license revocation, 24 months ignition interlock device, fine and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
Victor H. Cortez, 22, appeared in court on June 23 for an extradition hearing for Extradition-Arrest Prior to Requisition. The court authorized the return of Cortez to the State of Texas—probable cause found for absconding probation in Texas and directs defendant to return to the State of Texas.
Christopher Zindars, 28, Nashotah, appeared in court June 23 for a final pre-trial for Manufacture/Deliver THC, Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, and Possession of THC. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 2. A Jury trial is scheduled for July 22.
Tanisha Marie Handrich, 21, Weyauwega, appeared in court on June 23 for a status conference for Bail Jumping, Resisting or Obstructing and Officer, Injury by Use/Vehicle-Control Substance, Injury by Intoxicated Use/Vehicle and 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 5.
