Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Kyle S. Anklam, 20, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 10 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Reckless Driving-Endanger Safety and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. He received sentence withheld 1-year probation and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan. 

Jalen Joseph Spaay, 19, Weston, appeared in court on June 10 for a bail/bond hearing for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 26. 

Harvey E. Nigh, 63, Plainfield, appeared in court on June 11 for a status conference for Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Phone Use-Threatens Harm. A status conference is scheduled for July 7. 

Craig S. Micke, 49, Neshkoro, appeared in court on June 11 for an initial appearance for Fail/Report to Jail (Felony). A status conference is scheduled for July 7. 

Kristofer K. Ondrejka, 36, Redgranite, appeared in court on June 11 for a probation review hearing for Forgery. He received supervision extended for 1 year and restitution an absolute requirement of probation. 

Colt Jonathan Flynn, 21, Manawa, appeared in court on June 15 for a plea/sentencing hearing for three counts Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). He received as of two counts Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g): sentence withheld 30 months probation as to each count concurrent to each other; conditions Count 1 only: 4 months in Waushara County Jail; court costs including DNA sample; period of supervision concurrent to any existing sentence.

Sheena M. Gumz, 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 15 for an adjourned initial appearance for OWI (4th within 5 years), Possession of THC, and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. An arraignment is scheduled for July 7. 

Larry J. Miller, Jr., 36, Fredonia, appeared in court on June 15 for a status conference for Burglary-Building or Dwelling, Criminal Damage to Property, and Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for June 15. 

David E. Christensen, 54, Berlin, appeared in court on June 15 for a plea hearing for two counts Violate/Harassment Restraining Order. A review is scheduled for Feb. 1, 2016. 

Vanessa Torres, 29, Omro, appeared in court on June 15 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (1st with Passenger < 16 Years Old) and Operating with PAC-Passenger < 16 Years, PAC >=0.08, <0.15 (1st). She received 10 days in Waushara County Jail consecutive to any existing sentence, Huber privileges, good time credit, 1 day credit for time served, fine inclusive of court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, 12 months driver’s license revocation, 12 months ignition interlock device, OWI Assessment, and DNA sample.

Jonathan Gregory McChesney, 19, Montello, appeared in court on June 15 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of THC and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. He received 75 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, imposed/stayed, 1-year probation, and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan. 

Kevyn J. Karch, 34, Pine River, appeared in court on June 16 for an initial appearance for OWI (5th), Operating with PAC (5th), and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 27.
