Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Amanda M. Hopp, 31, Neshkoro, appeared in court on June 2 for a final pre-trial for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (>3-10g). A jury trial is scheduled for July 22. 

Joey James Smith, 26, Appleton, appeared in court on June 2 for a return on warrant for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A status conference is scheduled for June 2. Smith also appeared in court for a plea/sentencing hearing for three counts Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2,500), Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. He received for two counts Issue of Worthless Checks (<=$2,500): 2-13 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 10 days credit for time served, concurrent to each other, and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; 559: 13 days in Waushara County Jail, 10 days credit for time served, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal): Contempt: 45 days in Waushara County Jail, stayed, pending payments commencing July 1. 

Christopher Steven Weight, 29, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 2 for an initial appearance for Repeated Sexual Assault. A status conference is scheduled for July 6. 

James E. Hoople, 31, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 2 for an initial appearance for Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money. A status conference is scheduled for June 29.

Duane L. Geno, 62, Redgranite, appeared in court on June 2 for a bail/bond hearing for Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1000g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possession of THC, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 26.

Kari E. Geno, 50, Redgranite, appeared in court on June 2 for a bail/bonding hearing for Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possession of THC, and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 26.

 Lee J. Thompson, 35, Pine River, appeared in court on June 2 for an initial appearance for Child Abuse-Intentionally Cause Harm, Endanger Safety/Use/Dangerous Weapon, and Criminal Damage to Property. A status conference is scheduled for July 6.

Sandra M. Bearrunner, 47, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 2 for and initial appearance for Battery and Disorderly Conduct. A Status Conference is scheduled for June 29. 

Peter Joseph Sikorski, 64, Plainfield, appeared in court for an initial appearance for Retail Theft-Intentionally Take (<=$500). He received court costs to include DNA surcharge with 60 days to pay or payment plan.
