Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Craig S. Micke, 49, Hancock, appeared in court on May 4 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). He received court costs to include DNA surcharge with 60 days to pay or payment plan. 

Michael C. Kasch, 19, Wautoma, appeared in court on May 4 for a status conference for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 5. 

Tyler Allen Larsen, 21, Plainfield, appeared in court on May 4 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Retail Theft-Intentionally Take (<=$500). He received restitution and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Anthony James Mata, 32, Plainfield, appeared in court on May 4 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. He received 90 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 3 days credit for time served, 1 year probation, and court costs to be paid within 60 days to pay or payment plan. 

Heather A. Westlund, 37, Port Edwards, appeared in court on May 4 for an adjourned initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony, Possession of THC, Possession/Illegally Obtained Prescription, and Possession Drug Paraphernalia. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for May 22.
