Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

William D. Pierotti, 68, Neshkoro, appeared in court on March 18 for an initial appearance for OWI (6th) and Operating with PAC (6th). A status conference is scheduled for April 28. 

Kevin James Vanegeren, 29, Berlin, appeared in court on March 18 for an initial appearance for three counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. A status conference is scheduled for April 13.

Jason Paul Bovee, 39, Hancock, appeared in court on March 18 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Deliver Schedule II Narcotic. He received sentence withheld 2 years probation consecutive to any other sentence and court costs to include DNA surcharge and drug buy money to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Jordan J. Imm, 21, Redgranite, appeared in court on March 18 for a status conference for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g) and Manufacture/Deliver Non-Narcotics. A status conference is scheduled for April 28.

Tracy Rae Block, 33, Wautoma, appeared in court on March 20 for a sentencing hearing for Theft of Firearm-Remington 30-06, Theft of Firearm-Remington 870, Misdemeanor Theft TV’s Passports Etc., and Criminal Damage to Property. She received for Theft of Firearm-Remington 30-06: 10 months Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, imposed/stayed, 3 years probation, conditions include: successful completion of Waushara County TAD Program, restitution, DNA sample and surcharge, and court costs to be paid within 60 days; Criminal Damage to Property: 80 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 31 days credit for time served, and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
