Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

Tracy Rae Block, 33, Winneconne, appeared in court on Feb. 18 for a bail/bond hearing for Theft of Firearm-Remington 30-06, Theft Firearm-Remington 870, Misdemeanor Theft TV’s, Passports Etc., and Criminal Damage to Property. An initial appearance is scheduled for March 2.

 Kimberly A. Oberman, 47, Wautoma, appeared in court on Feb. 18 for a bail/bond hearing and initial appearance for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property. A status conference is scheduled for March 9. 

Jeffery M. Scruton, 49, Berlin, appeared in court on Feb. 18 for a sentencing hearing for 10 counts Felon Possess Firearm and Receiving Stolen Property (>$10,000). He received for counts 1-5 Felon Posses Firearm: 5 year term of imprisonment, bifurcated, 18 months incarceration/42 months extended supervision, concurrent to each other, conditions for extended supervision: restitution in an amount to be determined-hearing, and court costs to be paid form up to 25 percent of inmate earnings during incarceration; Receiving Stolen Property (>$10,000): sentence withheld 2 years probation, consecutive to 1-5, same terms as extended supervision sentence. 

Oscar Rodriguez, Jr., 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on Feb. 18 for an initial appearance for OWI (6th) and Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal)-3rd Offense. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for March 2.
