Waushara County felonies and charges

The Waushara County felonies and charges as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

James Donald Daczyk, 36, Oshkosh, appeared in court on Jan. 28 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (2nd), Operating with PAC (2nd), 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Disorderly Conduct. He received for OWI (2nd): 25 days in Waushara County Jail, concurrent to any existing sentence, fine inclusive of court costs and blood draw costs, 12 months driver’s license revocation, 12 months ignition interlock device, OWI Assessment; 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety: sentence withheld 2 years probation, consecutive to any sentence currently serving and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan. 

Tammy Marielynn Scheffler, 25, Fremont, appeared in court on Jan. 28 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Disorderly Conduct. She received 60 days in Waushara County Jail, stayed, 12 months probation, if revoked, Huber privileges and good time credit; and costs paid within 60 days or payment plan.
