Terry A. Drover, 62, Redgranite, appeared in court on Jan. 21 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (6th), Operating with PAC (6th), Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), Battery to Emergency Rescue Worker, Bail Jumping Felony, and two counts of Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.

He received for OWI (6th), Operating with PAC (6th) and Operating While Revoked: sentence withheld 3 years probation, conditions include 12 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, 97 days credit for time served, fine inclusive of court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, 36 months driver’s license revocation, 36 months ignition interlock device, OWI Assessment; for Battery to Emergency Rescue Worker and two counts of Resisting or Obstructing an Officer: 1 year in Waushara County Jail consecutive to any other sentence currently being served, Huber privileges, 52 days credit for time served, imposed/stayed, 3 years probation, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; Bail Jumping Felony: 90 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, concurrent, and court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
