Waushara County Felonies

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Christopher R. Jen-nings, 46, Oshkosh, appeared in court on April 13 for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony and a preliminary hearing for two counts Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd+) and Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A status conference is scheduled for May 19.

• Michael S. Greenwald, 40, Colby, appeared in court on April 13 for preliminary hearing for Forgery, Forgery-Uttering, Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. An arraignment is scheduled for May 19.

• Jason A. Beggs, 37, Wautoma, appeared in court on April 13 for a final pretrial for Repeated Sexual Assault and Bail Jumping-Felony. A jury trial is scheduled for July 20.

• Sarah A. Bertzyk, 30, Wautoma, appeared in court on April 13 for a motion hearing for two counts Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (< 3g). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 19.

• Andrew A. Pantalons, 36, Weyauwega, appeared in court on April 17 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). He received 28 months imprisonment, bifurcated, 14 months incarceration and 14 months extended supervision, concurrent to any other sentence currently being served, no credit for time served, conditions include: must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, AODA and follow through, maintain full time employment, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan and $640 drug buy reimbursement.
