Waushara County felonies

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Vieng Kham Xiong, 30, Waunakee, appeared in court on March 21 for a hearing for Possess with Intent-Amphetamine (>10-50g), Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce or Store Methamphetamine and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. A motion hearing is scheduled for May 16 and a jury trial is scheduled for June 6.
• Cody Ray Rehwinkel, 32, Plainfield, appeared in court on March 21 for an initial appearance for Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days+). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 6.
• Dylan James Bortz, 23, Westfield, appeared in court on March 21 for a bail/bond hearing for 10 counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Criminal Damage to Property. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 11.
• Christopher Joseph Hayward, 27, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on March 21 for an initial appearance for 10 counts Burglary-Building or Dwel-ling and Criminal Damage to Property. A status conference is scheduled for April 25.
• Joshua J. Kips, 38, Redgranite, appeared in court on March 21 for a bail/bond hearing for three counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 12.
• Austin R. Lindemood, 25, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on March 21 for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 5.
• Lee J. Thompson, 37, Pine River, appeared in court on March 21 for a bail/bond hearing for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 12.
• Sarah A. Woodworth, 20, Schaumburg, IL, appeared in court on March 21 for a bail/bond hearing for Possession of Narcotic Drugs, two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription and Possession of THC. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 6.
• Lindsay L. Stallcup, 32, Adams, appeared in court on March 21 for an initial appearance for three counts Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). A status conference is scheduled for April 25.
• Kimberly L. Garza, 36, Arkdale, appeared in court on March 21 for an adjourned initial appearance for two counts Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money. A status conference is scheduled for April 25.
• Jay A. Becker, 58, Wild Rose, appeared in court on March 21 for an adjourned initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Criminal Damage to Property. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 6.
• Peter-Jacob William Austin, 33, Tigerton, appeared in court on March 22 for a sentencing hearing on revocation for Possession of Methamphetamine. He received 7 months in jail consecutive to any existing sentence now being served, including, but not limited to, Outagamie County case number 16CF-807, 82 days credit for time served, and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.
• Jason Michael Manthey, 35, Adams, appeared in court on March 22 for an initial appearance for three counts Manufacture/Delivery THC (<=200g). An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for April 12.
