Waushara County Felonies

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Damion M. Johnston, 18, Oxford, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for a plea/sentencing for a hearing for Possession Drug Paraphernalia, three Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, Theft-Moveable Property >$2,500-$5,000. He received for Theft-Moveable Property >$2,500-$5,000, two counts of Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: sentencing withheld 30 months probation, conditions to include completion of HSED, no contact with the City of Wautoma Parks, including but not limited to, Bird Creek, Sandcrest and/or Wetlands, restitution of $928.73 to be paid in increments no less than $100 per month commencing April 1 and by the first of each month until paid in full, AODA and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present in any bars and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, DNA sample previously provided by surcharge ordered. He received for Criminal Damage to Property, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: 9 months in Waushara County Jail, stayed, 2 years probation, concurrent, if revoked, Huber privileges, good time credit, credit for 3 days served, conditions include no contact with those named in the complaint, not contact with the City of Wautoma Parks, including but not limited to, Bird Creek, Sandcrest and/or Wetlands, restitution, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, DNA sample previously provided by surcharge ordered.

•Matthew W. Arbogast, 27, Berlin, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for an initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. An arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 16.

•Tamarus V. Clark, 18, Redgranite, appeared in court on Feb. 9 for a plea/sentencing hearing for two counts of Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. He received sentence withheld 18 months probation, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present in any bars and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, is not to be in possession of any medication unless in the quantity of the prescription, obtain HSED, no contact with co-defendant, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge.
