WAUSHARA COUNTY FELONIES

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Randall A. Niles, Jr., 33, Cuter, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a plea/sentence hearing for OWI Cause Injury (2+) and OWI (3rd). He received for OWI Cause Injury (2+): sentence withheld 2 years probation, 45 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, five days credit for time served, AODA and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, restitution held in abeyance pending civil litigation, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, $1,694 fine plus $42.50 blood draw fee, 24 months driver’s license revocation/24 months ignition interlock device, DNA sample and surcharge. 

• Christine L. Chamberlin, 47, Redgranite, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Criminal Damage to Property. She received sentence withheld 3 years probation, conditions including five months in Waushara County Jail, concurrent to any existing sentence currently being served, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present in any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have been prescribed by a physician, no contact with victim unless written request is given to supervising agent by victim, maintain gainful employment, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Christopher G. Hous-worth, 28, Necedah, appeared in court on Jan. 19 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Resisting an Officer. Housworth also appeared in court for a plea/sentencing hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He received for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Resisting an Officer: 148 days in Waushara County Jail with 111 days credit for time served, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; for Bail Jumping-Felony: sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions include AODA and any follow through as deemed appropriate, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present on the premises of any bars and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge. 

• Jason A. Beggs, 37, Wautoma, appeared in court for an initial appearance for Repeated Sexual Assault (at least three violations of 1st or 2nd Degree Sexual Assault) and Bail Jumping-Felony. A final pre-trial is scheduled for April 13. Beggs also appeared in court on Jan. 20 for a status conference for Forgery, Credit Card-Theft by Acquisition, two counts of Credit Card-Fraudulent Use (<=$2500), Bail Jumping-Felony and Disorderly Conduct. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 3.
