Waushara County Felonies

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

 • Jamie Ranae Mcadoo-Drews, 34, Wautoma, appeared in court on Jan. 4 for an arraignment for Fail/Report Inc. in FS (>$100-5000/1st), Fail/Report Income in FS (>$5000), two counts Misstate Facts in Food Stamp Application (>$100-$5000), MA-Fraud/Benefit Application (Items) and Failure to Disclose Event Affecting Eligibility (>$1000<=$2000). A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 15.

William S. Dahl, 27, Wild Rose, appeared in court on Jan. 4 for a status conference for Bail Jumping-Felony, Disorderly Conduct, Battery and Strangulation and Suffocation. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Jan. 20.

Teresa S. Schaetz, 58, Berlin, appeared in court on Jan. 5 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony. She received: sentence withheld, 18 months probation, conditions to include: AODA and follow through and court costs with DNA surcharge to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.

Andrew Claire Watkins, 39, Berlin, appeared in court on Jan. 5 for a status conference for Bail Jumping-Felony. An initial appearance is scheduled for Feb. 7.

Darin Lon Kath, 50, Fremont, appeared in court on Jan. 5 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (4th within 5 years), Operating with PAC (4th within 5 years), two counts Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install (2+), two counts Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. He received for OWI (4th within 5 years): 12 months in Waushara County Jail with Huber privileges, good time credit and two days credit for time served, imposed/stayed, two years probation, conditions to include: six months is Waushara County Jail with Huber privileges, good time credit and two days credit for time served, AODA and follow through, fine inclusive of costs and blood draw costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, 36 months driver’s license revocation, 36 months Ignition Interlock Device and DNA surcharge; for Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install (2+): sentence withheld, two years probation, conditions to include: six months is Waushara County Jail with Huber privileges, good time credit and two days credit for time served, AODA and follow through, fine inclusive of costs and blood draw costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, 36 months driver’s license revocation, 36 months Ignition Interlock Device and DNA surcharge.

Kristofer K. Ondrejka, 38, Berlin, appeared in court on Jan. 6 for a motion hearing for Vehicle Operator Flee/Elude Officer, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Forgery-Uttering, Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 6.
