Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:
• Kirk H. Snyder, 47, Youngsville, PA, appeared in court on June 21 for a bail/bond hearing for four counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). An initial appearance is scheduled for June 30.

• Mitchell L. Sears, 29, Ripon, appeared in court on June 22 for a motion hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (< 3g). His work release privileges were revoked for the balance of his jail sentence.

• Thomas Steven Masaros, 66, Waupaca, appeared in court on June 22 for an initial appearance for OWI (5th), Operating with PAC (5th) and Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 8.

• Richard J. Jorgensen, 53, Redgranite, appeared in court on June 22 for a plea hearing for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g), Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 25.

• Jason C. Allen, 30, Princeton, appeared in court on June 22 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics. Allen also appeared in court on the following misdemeanor charges, Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal)-2nd Offense and OWI (3rd). He received for Manufacture/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics: 6 years Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 3 years initial confinement and 3 years extended supervision, 406 days credit for time served; conditions: AODA and follow through, absolute sobriety, not to be on the premises of any bars, is not to possess/nor ingest any impairing substance without a valid prescription from a treating physician, full time employment, costs not previously paid to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal)-2nd Offense: 10 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges and good time credit, no credit for time served, consecutive and concurrent, and costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan; for OWI (3rd): 45 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, no credit for time served, concurrent, $1,744.00 fine plus $42.50 blood draw fee to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, 24 months driver’s license revocation, 24 months ignition interlock device, OWI assessment and DNA sample and surcharge.
