Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:
• Jonah Bradley Radtke, 18, Wild Rose, appeared in court on June 13 for an adjourned initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony and Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). A status conference is scheduled for July 17.

• Joseph W. Guster, 31, appeared in court for a sentencing hearing for June 13 for a sentencing hearing for three counts Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine (<=3g), three counts Bail Jumping Felony and Battery By Prisoners. He received for three counts Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine (<=3g): 6 years in Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 20 months initial confinement and 52 months extended supervision to each count, concurrent to each other and 251 credit for time served; conditions: AODA and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to include drug buy money of $490 to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, drug buy money is joint and several with Thomas Sagami; for Battery by Prisoners: sentence withheld 3 years probation, concurrent to term of imprisonment, 211 credit for time served; conditions: AODA and follow through, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, $555.98 restitution, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, and DNA surcharge assessed-sample previously provided.

• Matthew W. Arbogast, 28, Berlin, appeared in court on June 13 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Fail/Report to County Jail (10 Days +), Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500. He received sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: 3 months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served, concurrent, begin no later than Aug 1; for Burglary-Building or Dwelling: 10 Months in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, 10 days credit for time served, concurrent, to begin no later than Aug. 1; conditions for both: AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, full time employment, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan with bond to be applied, and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Michael S. Greenwald, 40, Colby, appeared in court on June 13 for a status conference for Forgery, Forgery-Uttering, Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money, Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for July 17.
