Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:
• Kyle R. Herr, 21, Neshkoro, appeared in court on June 6 for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony and a status conference for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for July 25.

• Brandon R. Cody, 31, Neshkoro, appeared in court on June 6 for an initial appearance for Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500, Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 30.

• Michael J. Kiernicki, 32, Waupaca, appeared in court on June 6 for an initial appearance for Possession of Narcotic Drugs and Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin. A status conference is scheduled for July 7.

• Kevin J. Schueler, 30, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 6 for an initial appearance for OWI (4th) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 30.
• Anastacio Martinez Pa-rez, 39, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 6 for a plea/sentencing hearing for OWI (5th), Operating with PAC (5th), Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and Resisting/Failing to Stop. He received for OWI (5th): sentence withheld 3 year probation; conditions: 10 months in Waushara County Jail, conditional time, Huber privileges, good time credit, 1 day credit for time served (ICE hold will prohibit work release); fine of $2,500 inclusive of costs, bond to be applied, 60 days to pay or payment plan for any balance, blood draw fee, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, AODA and any follow thru with counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate, OWI assessment prior to relicensing; 36 months driver’s license revocation/ignition interlock device, DNA sample and surcharge.

• John D. Severson, 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 7 for a bail/bond hearing for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense). An initial appearance is scheduled for July 6.
