Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Nathan Charles Hol-loway, 25, Wisconsin Rapids, appeared in court on June 1 for Possess with Intent-Heroin (<=3g), Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. A status conference is scheduled for June 19.
• Christopher A. Charneski, 26, Plainfield, appeared in court on June 1 for an initial appearance for Strangulation and Suffocation and Substantial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm. A status conference is scheduled for June 22.
• Cody James Wierl, 28, Waupun, appeared in court on June 1 for a motion hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g), Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Bail Jumping-Felony. Court ordered that all work release privileges be revoked for the duration of the sentence and no good time credit.
• Matthew J. Bauer, 32, Berlin, appeared in court on June 1 for a motion hearing for Theft by Contractor (fr. Person/Corpse). Court ordered that all work release privileges be revoked for the duration of the sentence.
• Timothy L. Fritz, 27, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 1 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 7.
• Adam D. Carey, 19, Appleton, appeared in court on June 1 for an initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A status conference is scheduled for June 22.
• Romeo Hammer, 19, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 1 for an initial appearance for Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A status conference is scheduled for July 7.
• Casey L. Duket, 26, Wautoma, appeared in court on June 1 for a plea/sentencing hearing for three counts Bail Jumping-Felony, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer. He received for two counts Bail Jumping-Felony: sentence withheld as to both counts 3 years probation, 2 periods of supervision – one for each case; for Possession of Narcotic Drugs: 76 days in Waushara County Jail with 76 days credit for time served; conditions: complete to graduation TAD Court, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician; maintain gainful employment, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan and DNA surcharge.
