Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Vue Songsee Thao, 33, Sacramento, CA, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for a plea hearing for Manufacture/Deliver Amphetamine (>50g). A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.

• Brian Lawrence Freeman, 30, Van Dyne, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received for Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription: 6 months in Waushara County Jail and for Possess Drug Paraphernalia: 30 days in Waushara County Jail, concurrent, with 149 days credit for time served against each of the net effect of time served; costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid with 60 days to pay or payment plan.

• Christopher G. Housworth, 29, Necedah, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony. He received 2 years imprisonment concurrent to any existing sentence, bifurcated, 1 year incarceration/1 year extended supervision with 237 credit for time served; conditions of extended supervision: complete AODA and any follow through as deemed appropriate, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs previously imposed with 60 days to pay or payment plan.

• Gregory P. Brzozowski, 39, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for an adjourned initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony, Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal)-3rd Offense, and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 27.

• Anthony William Thoma, 36, Berlin, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for a preliminary hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony. A motion hearing is scheduled for Nov. 10.

• Amber Jean Koskela, 23, Plainfield, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for a plea/sentencing hearing for three counts Theft-Movable Property-Special Facts, three counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, misdemeanor Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500, two counts Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal). She received sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions: complete AODA and any follow through as recommended, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, can not to work in any capacity being responsible for any venerable person whether adult or child, no contact with the premises of Heartland House and/or the victim, restitution in the amount of $76.80, 6 months conditional time in the Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served to report on Dec. 1, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; for Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500: 90 days in Waushara County Jail imposed/stayed, if revoked, concurrent to any existing sentence in place at the time of the filing of any revocation order and warrant, sentence withheld, 1 year probation, concurrent; for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) and two counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: 5 days in Waushara County Jail, concurrent, and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Jonah Michael Hoff -man, 21, Wautoma, appeared in court on Oct. 12 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions: AODA and any follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs, and DNA sample (on file) and surcharge.
