Felonies reported in Waushara County
The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:
• Vieng Kham Xiong, 30, Waunakee, appeared in court on May 11 for a hearing for Possess with Intent-Amphetamine (>10-50g), Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce and Store Methamphetamine and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. A final pre-trial is scheduled for June 16.
• Gonzalo Chavezmaris-cal, 21, Stockton, CA, appeared in court on May 12 for a waiver of preliminary hearing for Possess with Intent-Amphetamine (>50g). An arraignment is scheduled for May 26.
• John C. Featherston, 53, Wautoma, appeared in court on May 15 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for 2nd-Degree Reck-lessly Endangering Safety. He received 7.5 years (90 months) in Wisconsin State Prison to be served as 2.5 years (30 months) initial confinement and five years (60 months) extended supervision, 471 days credit for time served; conditions include a psychological evaluation and follow through, participate in mental health and substance abuse counseling through Veterans Administration, absolute sobriety, no bars, no medications without valid prescription, AODA and follow through, no weapons, including but not limited to, firearms and costs re-imposed if not previously paid to be paid within 60 days or payment plan.
• Jason A. Beggs, 37, Wautoma, appeared in court on May 15 for a sentencing hearing for Bail Jumping-Felony, Disorderly Conduct, Forgery, Credit Card-Theft by Acquisition and two counts Credit Card-Fraudulent Use (<=$,2500). He received for Forgery, Credit Card-Theft by Acquisition and two counts Credit Card-Fraudulent Use (<=$,2500): sentence withheld 2 years probation, concurrent, restitution of $159.39, previously paid, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan to include attorney fees, DNA sample and surcharge; for Bail Jumping-Felony and Disorderly Conduct: sentence withheld 3 years probation, concurrent; conditions: four months in Waushara County Jail with Huber privileges, no good time credit, 4 days credit for time served to begin service no later than July 1, engage in a Sexual Boundaries Program and follow through with any recommendations, restitution of $159.35 previously paid, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan to include attorney fees, DNA sample and surcharge.
