Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Jose L. Casas, 51, Bellwood, IL, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for a sentencing hearing for five counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +). He received for two counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days +): sentence withheld and 3 years probation; conditions to count 1 only: 60 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served, concurrent to any sentence being served; conditions to each count: pay child support as ordered, maintain full-time employment, maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan, with $400 extradition costs included.

• Jason Michael Manthey, 36, Adams, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for a plea/sentencing hearing for three counts Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g). He received for count two and three: sentence withheld 3 years probation; conditions for count 2 only: 130 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served to begin no later than Dec. 1; conditions on each count: AODA & follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, no contact with co-defendant; court costs to be paid within 60 days or payment plan to also include Drug Buy Money in the amount of $610 joint/several with co-defendant; and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Dawn M. Larson, 27, Redgranite, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for a preliminary hearing for Possess with Intent-THC (<=200g) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 2.

• Gregory P. Brzozowski, 69, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for an initial appearance for Bail Jumping-Felony, Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal) -3rd Of-fense and Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 12.

• Tim A. Galminas, 53, Clintonville, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for an initial appearance for OWI (5th) and Operating with PAC (5th). A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 2.

• Andrew J. Sweetack, 38, Green Bay, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for an initial appearance for Theft-Moveable Property from Person/Corpse; two counts Misappropriate ID Info-Obtain Money and Operate Vehicle without Consent-Passenger. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 24.

• Joseph Steven Camp-shure, 37, Princeton, appeared in court on Sept. 26 for an initial appearance for three counts Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Disorderly Conduct, and four counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Campshure also appeared in court for a status conference for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Criminal Damage to Property, Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor, three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony and Battery by Prisoners. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 2.
