Jen-nings, 46, Oshkosh, appeared in court on July 19 for a plea/sentencing hearing for two counts Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd+), Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and Bail Jumping-Felony. He received for Bail Jumping-Felony: sentence withheld 18 months probation; conditions: AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; 189 days credit for time served in the event of a revocation.

• Anthony James Hellenbrand, 29, Sun Prairie, appeared in court on July 19 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received for Possession of THC: 120 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, good time credit, two days credit for time served, sentence to commence by no later than Sept. 12, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge; for Possess Drug Paraphernalia: 30 days in Waushara County Jail concurrent with Count 1, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.

• Jason A. Beggs, 37, Wautoma, appeared in court on July 20 for a plea hearing for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and Bail Jumping-Felony. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 19.

• Cyril W. Riemer, 56, Wild Rose, appeared in court on July 21 for a sentencing hearing for four counts Capture an Intimate Representation, Possess/Dis-tribute/Exhibit an Intimate Representation, five counts Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and Criminal Damage to Property.
