Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Justin J. Socha, 26, Redgranite, appeared in court on July 11 for a sentencing on revocation for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, Take and Drive Vehicle without Consent and Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500. He received for Take and Drive Vehicle without Consent: 3 years imprisonment, bifurcated, 1 years incarceration/2 years extended supervision, 248 days credit for time served; for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault: 7 years imprisonment, bifurcated, 3 years incarceration/4 years extended supervision, 244 days credit for time served; conditions of extended supervision: complete Sex Offender Treatment, no contact with any females under 18 years unless in the immediate company of parent or guardian, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, restitution that remains owing with the Department of Corrections authorized to collect from inmate earnings in a reasonable amount percentage as determined, no contact with victim, and court costs reimposed.

• Jesse G. Schauer, 18, Wautoma, appeared in court on July 11 for a sentencing on revocation hearing for Possession of THC, Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He received 82 days in Waushara County Jail, with 62 days credit for time served, which equates to time served, and court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.

• Anthony Alexander Bru-zon, 34, Madison, appeared in court on July 11 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 14.

• Christopher A. Chopp, 47, Neshkoro, appeared in court on July 11 for an initial appearance for Battery and Disorderly Conduct. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 21 and a plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 8.

• Neal V. Kirby, 39, Wautoma, appeared in court on July 11 for an initial appearance for Possession of THC (2nd + Offense) and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for July 26 and a plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 30.
