Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• David A. Mack, 19, Appleton, appeared in court on May 3 for a waiver of a preliminary hearing for Burglary-Building or Dwelling and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. A final pre-trial is scheduled for June 13.
• Joseph S. Malec, 45, Coloma, appeared in court on May 3 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Manufacture/Deliver THC (<=200g), Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1,000g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place and Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription. He received for Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1,000g): sentence withheld 30 months probation; conditions include: 75 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges not good time credit, no credit for time served, sentence to commence by no later than July 1, AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, maintain full-time, gainful employment, drug buy money reimbursement in the amount of $120 with 60 days to pay or payment plan, DNA sample and surcharge; for Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription: sentence with-held 1 year probation, same conditions as noted in Count 2 with the exception of the jail time.
• Dewayne Lee Osmon, 36, Wisconsin Dells, appeared in court on May 3 for a plea/sentencing hearing for Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd +), Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal), Ignition Interlock Device Tampering/Failure to Install and Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor. He received for Possess Amphetamine/LSD/Psilocin (2nd +): 38 month term of imprisonment bifurcated, 14 months incarceration, 24 months extended supervision, imposed/stayed 3 years probation concurrent to any other sentence currently being served; conditions include: 142 days in Waushara County Jail, Huber privileges, no good time credit, 116 days credit for time served, the defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, AODA and follow through, must complete TSS, attorney fees with 60 days to pay or payment plan, court costs, with 60 days to pay or payment plan; for Operating While Revoked (revocation due to alcohol/controlled substance/refusal): costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan; Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor: 189 days in Waushara County Jail, no Huber privileges, no good time credit, 116 days credit for time served, Concurrent with count 1 and any other existing sentence, costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan.
• Jeffrey C. House, Jr., 32, Wautoma, appeared in court on May 3 for a plea/sentencing hearing for 1st Degree Reckless Injury, Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force, etc., and Intimidate Victim/Use or Attempt Force. He received 1st Degree Reckless Injury: 10 year term of imprisonment, bifurcated, 3 years incarceration/7 years extended supervision, 102 days credit for time served; conditions: restitution held in abeyance until hearing to be held within 60 days, anger management as deemed appropriate by supervising agent, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, AODA and follow through, DNA sample and surcharge, court costs with 60 days to pay, costs to be paid from up to 25 percent of inmate earnings during incarceration; for Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force, etc.: sentence withheld 5 years probation, concurrent with Count 1, 102 days credit for time served in the event of a revocation; conditions: same conditions as noted in Count 1.
