Daniel A. Chinawong, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 19 on two counts of 1st Degree Sex Assault. Court addresses trial logistics with counsel. 23 in box, 5 strikes. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 8. A jury trial is scheduled for Nov. 8.

Garrett A. Sparkman, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony, six counts of Manuf/Deliver Cocaine, a count of Manuf/Deliver Cocaine (>1-5g) and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court orders: As to both Count 4 & 8 - six year term of imprisonment, bifurcated sentence. Two years IC/four years ES, concurrent to one another. ES Conditions: The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant must participate in the Waushara County Treatment Court program to completion. Unfulfilled financial obligations to be repaid $200/month starting the 1st day of each month upon release to ES. Defendant is not eligible for the Substance Abuse Program or the Challenge Incarceration Program. Appeal rights given. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 7.

Jesse Daniel Kintopf, Oshkosh, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for
Dec. 6.

Nancee J. Schmidt, Plainfield, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and three counts of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine(3-10g). A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 24.

Michael C. Kasch, Milwaukee, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 24.

John Anthony Serafin, Amherst, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 8.

Richard S. Groholski, Waupaca, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 7.

Rodney G. Reed, Oneida, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Battery by Prisoners. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 7.

Curtis P. Jelinski, Plainfield, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Substantial Batter-Intend Bodily Harm. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 7.

Noah L. Johnston, Redgranite, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault/Use of Force. A status conference is scheduled for Nov. 8.

Percy J. Schmelzle, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent, two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A status conference is scheduled for Oct. 7.

Nathan J. Krahn, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony and a count of Attempt Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Court orders: Ct 1 -Eight yr term of imprisonment - Bifurcated - Four yrs IC/Four yrs ES - 307 days CFTS. ES Conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, NC w/ J.B., A.B., D.B., Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Ct 2 - S/W two years probation consecutive to Count 1. Conditions to mirror the ES conditions. Appeal rights given. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program- not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 36 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program.

Dylan James Bortz, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on Sept. 20 on two counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and a count of Attempt Burglary-Building or Dwelling. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 15.

Chad J. Mulvey, Wautoma, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Based on non-appearance, the Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant, extraditable within the continental U.S.

Aaron J. Bruce, Wild Rose, was in court on Sept. 20 on a count of Forgery-Uttering. Court orders: Restitution paid in full by March 1, 2023.
