Felonies reported in Waushara County

The Waushara County felonies as recorded from the Waushara County Courthouse are as follows:

• Stacy A. McDaniel, 44, Des Plaines, IL, appeared in court on April 18 for a motion hearing for Failure to Support Child (< 120 Days) and two counts Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A motion hearing is scheduled for May 25.

• Kevin D. Powell, 24, Oxford, appeared in court on April 19 for a final pre-trial for Attempt Burglary-Building or Dwelling, Criminal Damage to Property and Theft-Moveable Property <=$2,500. A final pretrial is scheduled for June 2 and a jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 10.

• Walter R. Allison, 52, Hancock, appeared in court on April 19 for a plea/sentencing hearing for six counts Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony. He received for two counts Possess Firearm-Convicted of a Felony: sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions for count 2 only, 45 days in Waushara County Jail, no Huber privileges, no good time credit, no credit for time served, sentence to commence by no later than Jan. 5, 2018; conditions as to both counts, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan, all of the firearms seized be forfeited, court permits the .50 caliber Hawkins black powder rifle be returned to designated party and to be retained to him until turned over to a family member, and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Shawn M. Powell, 28, Oxford, appeared in court on April 19 for a final pretrial for Attempt Burglary-Building or Dwelling, Possession of Burglarious Tools, two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription, Criminal Damage to Property and Theft-Movable Property <=$2,500. A final pretrial is scheduled for June 2 and a jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 10.

• John Ricardo Schenk, 46, Fond du Lac, appeared in court on April 19 for an initial appearance for 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Operate Firearm While Intoxicated, Carry Concealed Weapon, two counts Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. A status conference is scheduled for May 25.

• Josie A. Calderon, 51, Milwaukee, appeared in court on April 19 for an adjourned initial appearance for Possession of THC and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. She received: sentence withheld 2 years probation; conditions: AODA and follow through, must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, court costs with 60 days to pay or payment plan and DNA sample and surcharge.

• Levi Benjamin Hansen, 20, Poy Sippi, appeared in court on April 24 for a hearing for Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 19.
