Logan Daniel Wohlt, Weyauwega, was in court on Jan. 19 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia to Manufacture, Compound, Convert, Produce, or Store Methamphetamine, and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Feb. 16.

Daniel J. Schafer, Hancock, was in court on Jan. 19 on eight counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling, a count of Burglary-Cargo Portion of Truck/Trailer, three counts of Burglary-Motor/Trailer Home, and five counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea hearing is scheduled for Feb. 18.

Court sentences the defendant to: S/W- 30 months’ probation. Conditions: Court orders as to Count one only: 95 days WCJ, credit for 95 days served. Conditions as to each count: HSED or GED, AODA and follow through, Defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Defendant is to notify his supervising agent of any new prescriptions prescribed within 24 hours. Terms of Agent. Costs to be paid through bonds posted. DNA Sample is on file and Surcharge ordered by the Court. Appeal Rights Given.

Brian Thomas Burt, Friendship, was in court on Jan. 19 on three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Plea: No Contest. Court accepts plea and enters JOC. Statement by defendant. Court sentences the defendant to: S/W- 3 years’ probation. Conditions: 83 days WCJ, with credit for 83 days served. AODA and follow through, Defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. No operation of any motor vehicles without a valid driver’s license for the manner of operation. Costs to be paid through bond posted. DNA Sample and Surcharge ordered by the Court. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal Rights Given.

Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. Court places the case in suspended case and sets STC mid-summer. A status conference is scheduled for July 13.

Richard Burton Somers, Redgranite, was in court on Jan. 19 on a count of Manuf/Deliver Scheduled I, II Narcotics and two counts on Manufacture/Deliver Non-Narcotics. Cased on non-appearance the court will issue a warrant, State of Wisconsin.
