Curtis P. Jelinski, Plainfield, was in court on July 27 on a count of Substantial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm. Court orders $2500 cash bond. The defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Aug. 4.

William F. Boetcher, Waupun, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. The parties have reached an agreement to allow the DE to be eligible for programming and to award six additional days of sentence credit. The Court modifies the sentence and orders that the defendant is eligible for the Substance Abuse Program – not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 30 months of the term of Initial Confinement. The Court orders six additional days CFTS.

Daniel E. Diedrich, Plymouth, was in court on Aug. 2 on three counts of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. Court orders: Six and a half year term of imprisonment concurrent with any existing sentence – Bifurcated sentence – 18 mos IC/five yrs ES. C251 days CFTS. ES Conditions: NC w/ G.H., G.M, D.H. and/or L.N., AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician, Any other counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, Restitution in the amount of $14337.50 to be repaid in monthly increments of no less than $300 monthly starting the first day of the first month 30 days following release to ES, Costs reimposed to the extent not previously paid. Appeal rights given to Atty Blankschein. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program. Defendant not eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program.

Scott James Blau, Oshkosh, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of Child Sexual Exploitation and a count of Expose Child to Harmful Descriptions. A motion hearing is scheduled for Sept. 14.

Joshua Phillip Ander-son, Redgranite, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant advises he is not eligible for SPD services. Defendant must pay $250 deposit by Aug. 5 then $100 monthly starting Sept. 1. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 6.

Kevin D. Kovacic, Menominee, MI, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>200-1000g), a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>200-1000g) and a count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place.

Thomas R. Sagami, Plainfield, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, a count of Manufacture/Deliver Heroin, a count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. A final pre-trial is scheduled for Oct. 11.

Isac Andrew Garcia, Berlin, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. Court orders: 90 days WC Jail I/S, 0 days CFTS. – eight months probation. Conditions: Defendant is prohibited from engaging in any further violent and/or confrontational contact with K.H. Any counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. DNA Sample and Surcharge. Appeal rights given.

Krystle E. Lenoble, Fremont, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of OWI (4th). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 6.

Seth Aaron Wacholtz, Coloma, was in court on Aug. 2 on a count of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 6.

Jane Ruby Miller, Boyceville, was in court on Aug. 3 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Sept. 13.
