Matthew Jay Gaboury-Gorges, Oshkosh, was in court on July 21 on a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent and three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Hearing scheduled to address defendant’s release from custody in error after posting bond following issuance of the order of commitment for treatment. The Court directs that the defendant be taken into custody for the inpatient treatment to take place. The Court directs the bond money be released back to the bond poster.

Jesse Daniel Kintopf,
