Felonies recorded in Waushara County

Isaac Chagala Martinez, Combined Locks, was in court on July 14 on a count of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of Vehicle, a count of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide, and a count of Knowingly Operate w/out Valid License – Cause Death. NG plea entered as to all counts. A status conference is scheduled for Sept. 13.

Charles Robert Donald, Wild Rose, was in court on July 15 on a count of OWI (7th, 8th, or 9th) and a count of Operating w/ PAC (7th, 8th, or 9th). An arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 4.

Dylon Ryan Okrzesik, Wausau, was in court on July18 on a count of Forgery-Uttering. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 30.
