Billy Joe Sweatt, Wautoma, was in court on June 6 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. The Court finds probable cause exists. NGP entered as to all counts. Court orders defense pre-trial motions to be filed by July 2 and State’s pre-trial motions filed by July 15. A final pre-trial is scheduled for July 25. A jury trial is scheduled for Aug. 5.
Jill Elizabeth Brunner, Berlin, was in court on June 7 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault, a count of Failure to Act/Sexual Assault, a count of Neglecting a Child, a count of Harboring/Aiding a Felony (A/B/C/D or unclassified felony/life). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for July 22.
