Cole Joseph Vigo, Black Creek, was in court on May 26 on a count of Arson of Property Other Than Building and a count of Failure to Report to Jail. Court order $5000 Sig Bond. Court orders: Ct 1 – 4 year term of imprisonment Bifurcated sentence – two years IC/two years ES – 70 days CFTS. ES Conditions: Psych Evaluation and follow through, Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any source of ignition in conjunction with combustible materials, DE is prohibited from being in possession of any accelerants, NC w/ S. C., Any counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent. Ct 3 - nine months WC Jail concurrent with count 1. Defendant eligible for the Challenge Incarceration Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 18 months of the term of Initial Confinement. Defendant not eligible for the Substance Abuse Program. Appeal rights given. A status conference is scheduled for July 26.

Joshua Phillip Anderson, Redgranite, was in court on May 26 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 16.

Chad J. Mulvey, Wautoma, was in court on May 26 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling. DE has not reported to the DOC office in Wautoma to complete intake. DE has been living in Winnebago county but without the intake process being completed the defendant’s supervision cannot be transferred. The Court reminds the defendant of the monthly obligation toward restitution of $100 per month starting March 1. No payments have been made toward that obligation. The Court reimposes the previous order of $100 per month and orders the defendant to catch up the missed payments.

Billy Joe Sweatt, Wautoma, was in court on May 26 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 6.

Kyle Timothy Wagner, Plainfield, was in court on May 26 on two counts of Forgery-Uttering, a count of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money, and a count of Identity Theft – Obtain Money or Credit. Court orders: $150 monthly payment starting July 1 until paid in full.

Logan Jon Riehert, Wild Rose, was in court on May 26 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). An arraignment is scheduled for June 21.

Austin A. Jannette, Wautoma, was in court on May 26 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 16.

Robert J. Rynders, Almond, was in court on May 27 on a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, a count of Intimidate Victim/Use or Attempt Force, a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 13.

Jennifer Lynne Kester, Fremont, was in court on May 27 on a count of Abuse-Recklessly Cause Harm. A jury trial is scheduled for July 7.

Brian E. Panzer, Wisconsin Rapids, was in court on May 27 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for June 16.

Benjamin J. McCutcheon, Neshkoro, was in court on May 27 on five counts of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). A status conference is scheduled for June 16.

Mickey Joseph Leiter, Wild Rose, was in court on May 27 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 14.

 

Carl D. Day, Coloma, was in court on May 27 on a count of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, a count of Aggravated Battery-Elderly, and a count of Mistreatment of Animals/Cause Death. Court orders: Five year term of imprisonment as to Cts 1 and 2 concurrent with each other – Bifurcated sentence – Two years IC/Three years ES – 279 days CFTS. ES conditions: AODA and follow through, DE must maintain absolute sobriety, DE may not be present upon the premises of any bars, DE is prohibited from being in possession of any dangerous weapons, DE is prohibited from having any pets, Any counseling or treatment as deemed appropriate by the supervising agent, NC w/ J.U., $144 Restitution to be paid within 45 days of release to ES, Costs to include the domestic abuse surcharge w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given. Defendant not eligible for the Substance Abuse Program or the Challenge Incarceration Program. Ct 3 - S/W five years Probation consecutive to counts 1 & 2 - Conditions to mirror the ES conditions in Count 1. Appeal rights given.

Gavin A. Phillips, Redgranite, was in court on May 27 on a count of Battery or Threat to Judge, Prosecutor, or Law Enforcement Officer, a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling, and a count of Criminal Damage to Property (Over $2500). Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A status conference is scheduled for June 16.

Peter Lawrence Handley, Wautoma, was in court on May 27 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault and a count of Battery by Prisoners. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 16.

Rachel G. Kowalewski, Wautoma, was in court on May 27 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for June 16.

Michael J. Groskreutz, Poy Sippi, was in court on May 27 on a count of Arson of Property Other Than Building and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. The Court finds based on the doctor’s report that the defendant is not competent but likely to regain competency within one year and orders the defendant to complete the competency restoration program on an in-patient basis. The Court finds that the DE is not competent to refuse medication, enters an involuntary medication and treatment order.

Dale R. Ross, Redgranite, was in court on May 31 on three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 13.

Jamie Lee Woodhull, Sussex, was in court on May 31 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Aug. 9.
