Johnny Lee James White, Pine River, was in court on Apr. 13 on a count of Neglecting a Child (Consequence is Emotional Damage) and a count of Abandonment of a Child. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 31.

Niki Lu Voie, Wild Rose, was in court on Apr. 13 on a count of Neglecting a Child (Consequence is Bodily Harm). The Court orders defense FPT motions be filed by June 15 and State’s FPT motions to be filed by no later than July 1. A final pre-trial is scheduled for July 6.

Tomasz Dubiel, Bloomingdale, IL, was in court on Apr. 13 on a count of 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide and a count of 2nd Degree Reckless Injury. Court orders: Eight term of imprisonment – Bifurcated sentence – two years IC/ six years ES. ES conditions: Six month following release from ES the DE will return to court to provide a presentation that has been prepared to the Court and the victims. Rebecca E. Clark, Hurley, was in court on Apr. 14 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and three counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. Court orders: One year EC Jail – No Huber, GT, 230 days CFTS, sentence to commence forthwith. All counts – S/W Five years’ probation. Cts 1 & 4 – S/W Five years’ probation, Ct 3 – S/W One year probation. S/W Five years’ probation. Jeffrey C. House Jr., Wautoma, was in court on Apr. 14 on a count of 1st Degree Reckless Injury, a count of Intimidate Victim/Threaten Force etc., and a count of Intimidate Victim/Use or Attempt Force.
