Tyler J. Wagner, Wautoma, was in court on March 23 on a count of Possess w/Intent-THC (<=200 grams), a count of Possess w/ Intent-Amphetamine(>10-50g), a count of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, a count of Manuf/Deliver Amphetamine(3-10g), a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A status conference is scheduled for Apr. 8.

Mark A. Hurtado, San Antonio, TX, was in court on March 23 on seven count of Failure to Support Child (120 Days+). Court orders $45,000 cash bond. Defendant not allowed to leave the State of Wisconsin. Defendant to maintain timely, uninterrupted payments as ordered in Waushara Co. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for Apr. 8.

Herrsing Lee, Sheboygan, was in court on March 24 and 25 on two counts of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. Case recalled outside of the presence of the jury. Jury finds the defendant not guilty of Count 1 and not guilty of the lesser included charge in Count 1. Aiden A. Montgomery, Wild Rose, was in court on March 29 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 27.

Megan Denise Smith, Friendship, was in court on March 29 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Defendant failed to appear in court for FPT on Feb. 21. The Court withdraws the warrant previously issued. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 31.
