Kelley L. Dillenberg, Redgranite, was in court on Feb. 18 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Plea: NC. Court orders: Ct 7 - 30 days WC Jail - Huber, GT, 3 days CFTS - Sentence to commence by no later than April 15, 2022, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP. Michael Vern Knudtson, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 22 on a count of OWI (4th). The Court places the case in suspended status pending toxicology results. A status conference is scheduled for Aug. 9.

Appeal rights given. Defendant eligible for the Substance Abuse Program and the Challenge Incarceration Program - not eligible for release to Extended Supervision until having served no less than 40 months of the term of Initial Confinement.

Alexander Brian McAllister, Port Edwards, was in court on Feb. 22 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A pre-trial is scheduled for March 9 and a plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Apr. 19.
