Jill Elizabeth Brunner, Berlin, was in court on Feb. 9 on a count of Repeated Sexual Assault, a count of Failure to Act/Sexual Assault, a count of Neglection, and a count of Harboring/Aiding a Felon (A/B/C/D or unclassified felony/life). Defendant is prohibited from being on the presence of any school or any facility principally devoted to the service of children. Defendant is prohibited from being in possession of any device capable of accessing the internet. Defendant is prohibited from leaving the State of Wisconsin. Defendant is prohibited from having contact with any person under the age of 18. Court orders $75,000. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State. An initial appearance is scheduled for March 8.

Tim Allen Guldan, Hancock, was in court on Feb. 9 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court orders $1500 Cash Bond. Caleb William Dercks, Appleton, was in court on Feb. 9 on two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), a count of Possession of Methamphetamine, a count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, and a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>10,000g). Rosa A. Rivera, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 11 on two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (>1-5g), a count of Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>5-15g), a count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Court makes statement and sentences the defendant to: Two probation, consecutive to sentence -Seven and a half years WSP to be served as 30 months IC and 60 months ES. Defendant is ineligible for CIP and eligible for SAP. DE is not to be released to ES until at least 24 months of IC have been served. Conditions of ES/probation: AODA and follow through, Defendant must maintain absolute sobriety, may not be present upon the premises of any bars, and is prohibited from possessing/ingesting any impairing substances that have not been prescribed by a physician. Costs to include Drug Buy Money of $450 to be paid through DOC. DNA sample is on file and surcharged assessed. Appeal Rights Given. Court revokes bond and remands the defendant to the WCJ.

Flenz other than by text message exclusively for the purpose of discussion the minor child in common, Psych Eval and follow through, DAAP as coordinated through agent, Costs w/ 60 DTP or PP, DNA Sample and Surcharge w/ 60 DTP or PP. Defendant advised of right to expunge DNA record through the Department of Justice. Appeal rights given.

Antonio Luna, Plainfield, was in court on Feb. 11 on a count of OWI (6th w/ Passenger < 16 Yrs Old) and a count of Operating w/ PAC-Passenger < 16 Yrs (6th). A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Apr. 18.

Robin Jean Resor, Wautoma, was in court on Feb. 11 on a count of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money. A status conference is scheduled for March 1.

Gary R. Phelps, Fox Lake, was in court on Feb. 11 on a count of Take and Drive Vehicle w/o Consent and a count of Bail Jumping-Felony.
