Jonathan Michael Paula, Fremont, was in court on Nov. 4 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for Nov. 11.

Jessica A. Hlass, Rhinelander, was in court on Nov. 4 on nine counts of Misappropriate ID Info – Obtain Money. Based on non-appearance, the Court authorizes the issuance of a warrant extraditable within the State of Wisconsin.

Kassandra M. Korslin, Nekoosa, was in court on Nov. 4 on a count of Bail Jumping-Felony. Defendant was previously ordered to pay $100 per month toward restitution. Defendant is $250 behind on payments. Defendant advises she will have the payment plan current by no later than Nov. 5. The Court orders the defendant to pay $250 by Nov. 8. Starting Dec. 1, the defendant must make monthly payments of no less than $150 toward the financial obligations.

Todd Zachary Medd, Sturgeon Bay, was in court on Nov. 4 on a count of OWI (7th), a count of Operate with Restricted Controlled Substance (7th), and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. The Court finds the defendant not competent, but likely to regain competence within the statutory time frame. The Court orders the defendant be committed to the in-patient competency restoration program with a medication and treatment order.

Billie J. Lentz, Wautoma, was in court on Nov. 4 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). The Court places the case in suspended status pending toxicology results. Court enters Riverside Ruling in favor of the State and probable cause finding as to each count alleged within the complaint. A status conference is scheduled for May 17, 2022.

Don R. Knueppel, Wautoma, was in count on Nov. 4 on a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). Defendant must pay $250 deposit by Nov. 5, then $100 monthly starting Dec. 1 for court appointed counsel if not eligible for SPD services. The Court reinstates the $500 Cash Bond previously imposed. Randall A. Niles Jr., Wautoma, was in court on Nov. 4 on a count of OWI (4th), a count of Operating w/PAC (4th), and a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 9.

Timothy Shawn Suhs, Waupaca, was in court on Nov. 4 on a count of Manufacture/Deliver THC (>1000-2000grams, a count of Possess w/ Intent-THC (>1000-2500 grams), and two counts of Bail Jumping-Felony. A plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 9.

Jessie Lee Tessen, Pine River, was in court on Nov. 5 on a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Plea colloquy entertained. Collateral consequences explained. Ronald W. Volkman, Wild Rose, was in court on Nov. 5 on a count of Aggravated Battery-Elderly. A competency hearing is scheduled for Nov. 10.

Rosa A. Rivera, Wautoma, was in court on Nov. 5 on a count of Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>5-15g), a count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, a count of Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense), and two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (1-5g). A plea hearing is scheduled for Dec. 9.

Herrsing Lee, Sheboygan, was in court on Nov. 5 on two counts of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety. Court orders motion be scheduled by Nov. 15 with a hearing in December. A motion hearing is scheduled for Dec. 23 and a jury trial is scheduled for March 24, 2022.
