Tiffeny M. Schneider, Hancock, was in court on Oct. 28 on a count of Strangulation and Suffocation. Court has read the complaint, finds probable cause and enters an order binding the defendant over for trial. An arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 4.

William F. Boetcher, Wautoma, was in court on Oct. 28 on a count of Burglary-Building or Dwelling and a count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Plea: No contest to Count 1.
